A partir do pulso, mede cerca de tr\u00eas dedos. No ponto onde o terceiro dedo toca, no centro do pulso, aplica uma press\u00e3o firme, mas confort\u00e1vel. Massaja suavemente esse ponto com o polegar, em movimentos circulares, por cerca de dois minutos.
