Description
Zucchini flowers are larger and are traditionally dipped in batter and fried. Some even stuff them before frying.
A delicious delicacy is zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese, breaded, and fried or baked. Baby zucchini, small and very tender, with the flower still attached, can be baked sprinkled with coarse salt, rosemary, and a drizzle of olive oil. Even just young zucchini, sliced and grilled with a little olive oil, is delicious.
