Beetroot is a root vegetable with an earthy flavor, is slightly sweet, and can be eaten cooked or raw in salads and even in fruit juice, for example.

It's very good for you, it's rich in antioxidants and is associated with the prevention of cellular changes and degeneration, which is why it's linked to cancer prevention.
