It is recommended that you maintain a weekly schedule; however, we also accept biweekly, monthly, or irregular orders.

The process is simple and quick. After the initial contact, the Horta da Maria team analyzes the company's needs (number of employees, frequency, types of products, and logistics) and presents a personalized proposal. After validation, the service can begin in a few days, without complex processes or administrative burden for the internal team.

There's no contract, but rather an agreement with the possibility of cancellation, provided one month's notice is given. However, with the vast majority of our corporate clients, we work on an annual contract basis, with monthly payments.

Deliveries & Logistics
Corporate deliveries take place between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm.
As a general rule, deliveries will be made the next business day; however, we are always open to alternative suggestions or preferences.

Sustainability & Responsibility

We work with seasonal products whenever possible and adopt practices that help minimize food waste. Logistics are designed to be efficient, ensuring freshness with the least possible impact.
Payments & Billing
Invoices are issued monthly, with payment cycles set at 30 days. Payment options include check, card payment, direct debit, and bank transfer.
