We have 4 basket options, depending on your needs:
- Mini Basket: €60/month
- Small Basket: €125/month
- Average Basket: €175/month

The monthly subscription basket, regardless of its size, allows you to prepare two to three soups, four to five salads, one to two vegetable stir-fries, side dishes for main courses, two to three natural juices, and fruit for the week. You can adjust the quantities and varieties at any time by simply sending us a WhatsApp message.
No. You can start with a loose basket and decide later if you want to continue.
Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays, depending on your preference. We use our own transportation, ensuring freshness and careful handling.
No problem! You can:
- Indicate a safe place to leave the basket (e.g., reception, neighbor, etc.).
- Use one of our pickup points available in your area.
We currently deliver to the main regions of Portugal:
- Greater Lisbon (Lisbon, Cascais, Oeiras, Sintra, Amadora, Almada, Setubal)
- Greater Porto (Porto, Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia, Gondomar)
- North Zone (Braga, Vila Real, Bragança, Viseu)
- Central Area (Aveiro, Figueira da Foz, Coimbra, Leiria)
- If you're outside these areas, talk to us — we're always evaluating new possibilities and will certainly find a solution.
You can cancel at any time; however, to avoid being automatically charged for the following month, please notify us at least 20 days in advance.
Yes! You can temporarily pause your subscription and resume it at any time. We would appreciate it if you could let us know as far in advance as possible.
