Who says sweets can't be healthier?




Note - in the healthy version you can substitute sugar and flour for coconut sugar and whole oat flour, for example the tip!

Ingredients:

1 avocado

4 eggs

70g of oil

250g of Sugar

250gr of Flour

1c. Yeast tea

lemon zest

How to prepare:

In a blender, place the avocado, eggs, oil and sugar and mix everything.

Add the flour and yeast and mix again.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Place the mixture in a mold and bake for 30 minutes.
