Made with simple and natural ingredients, they're perfect for starting the day with vitality—whether before a workout, on a busy morning, or for a relaxed weekend breakfast.
Ripe bananas provide natural sweetness, oats offer fiber and satiety, ground almonds add a smooth and nutritious texture, and eggs guarantee quality protein. The result? A soft, nutritious pancake packed with good energy.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of whole oat flour
- 25 g of ground almonds
- 75 ml of plant-based milk
- Brown sugar (optional)
- Cinnamon (as needed).
Preparation method:
1️⃣ Blend the banana with the plant-based milk until you get a smooth mixture.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix the oat flour, ground almonds, and eggs.
3️⃣ Gradually add the banana mixture, stirring until you obtain a creamy consistency.
4️⃣ Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little coconut oil or olive oil.
5️⃣ Place two tablespoons of batter per pancake and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute per side — flip when small bubbles appear on the surface.
✨ Extra tip: For an energy boost, try serving it with fresh fruit, seeds, or a spoonful of plain yogurt.
